# Amara Legal (United Kingdom)

> Legal AI platform for solicitors, barristers and law firms, developed by Neurogestión SL (Madrid) since 2022. A legal copilot inside each matter, document review, drafting in English, Amara Work (an AI agent that carries out complete pieces of work) and a CRM for law firms. Available in the UK today; the UK legal corpus, starting with England and Wales, is under construction and coming soon.

Key facts (October 2026):

- Pricing: Amara Solo €49 the first month, then €69 a month + VAT per lawyer, 30-day trial, no lock-in. Amara Teams €157 a month + VAT (reference: three lawyers). LexCRM (CRM only): €9.99 a month + VAT, free for the first 3 months.
- Available today in the UK: legal copilot, document review, drafting in English, matter management, CRM, Amara Work, teams and permissions.
- Coming soon: UK legal corpus in three layers (legislation from legislation.gov.uk with point-in-time versions; case law from Find Case Law and the UK Supreme Court, plus ECtHR case law from HUDOC in a separate collection; assimilated law). England and Wales first; Scotland and Northern Ireland later as separate jurisdictions. Also Amara's result on UK professional exam questions, with the full methodology, and LexMarket in the UK (opens country by country).
- The UK in figures: 181,481 practising solicitors in England and Wales and 8,899 SRA-regulated firms (Solicitors Regulation Authority, September 2026).
- The firm's database and files are stored in the EU (AWS Paris) and never used to train AI. UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018; Amara acts as processor. ISO/IEC 27001 in progress.
- In Spain: 99 out of 100 in the entrance exam for the judiciary and public prosecution service (CGPJ, 2025 call); Spanish corpus of almost 3 million legal units.
