# Amara Legal (United States)

> Legal AI platform for attorneys and law firms, developed by Neurogestión SL (Madrid) since 2022 and priced for solo attorneys and small firms. A legal copilot inside each matter, document review, drafting in American English, Amara Work (an AI agent that carries out complete pieces of work under the attorney's supervision) and a legal CRM. Available in the US today; the US legal corpus (federal law first, then California, Texas and Florida) is under construction and coming soon. Amara does not replace an attorney: the attorney reviews, signs and decides.

- Pricing (USD, + applicable taxes): Amara Solo $49 the first month, then $69 a month per attorney, 30-day trial, no lock-in. Amara Teams $157 a month (reference: three attorneys). Multi-office: contact us. LexCRM (CRM only): $9.99 a month, free for the first 3 months.
- Available today in the US: legal copilot, document review, drafting in English, matter management, CRM, Amara Work, teams and permissions.
- Coming soon: US legal corpus from official and public sources (U.S. Code, GovInfo, eCFR, Federal Register, Congress.gov, Supreme Court opinions, CourtListener, the Caselaw Access Project and state legislatures and courts), with jurisdiction, effective dates and binding or persuasive status for each opinion. Also Amara's result on US bar exam questions, with the full methodology.
- The US in figures: 1,374,720 active resident attorneys (ABA National Lawyer Population Survey, 2025); New York 190,015, California 181,048, Texas 99,867, Florida 80,976.
- Professional duties: ABA Formal Opinion 512 (July 2024) on generative AI; Amara is built so the attorney keeps competence, confidentiality and supervision duties.
- The firm's database and files are stored in the EU (AWS Paris) today, encrypted and never used to train AI; US data hosting for US firms is in preparation. ISO/IEC 27001 in progress.
- In Spain: 99 out of 100 in the entrance exam for the judiciary and public prosecution service (CGPJ, 2025 call); Spanish corpus of almost 3 million legal units.
