Solo attorneys and small firms that want to use legal AI on real matters and are willing to tell us, from their own practice, what Amara still lacks in their state. Firms with several offices and networks of firms can apply too: Amara adapts to each structure, with permissions by office, team and user. The US corpus starts with federal law and then adds state law, beginning with California, Texas and Florida, followed by New York. Firms in other states can already use the rest of the platform and help us decide what their state needs. 04 ## How does the program work? 1. **Apply.** Write to [info@amaralegal.ai](mailto:info@amaralegal.ai) with your firm’s name, its state, its size and its main practice areas, or call +34 691 691 060 (calls only). 2. **Onboarding.** We help you set up your first matters and your firm’s knowledge library, with accounts and permissions for each attorney. 3. **Real work.** Your firm uses Amara on its own matters: the copilot, document review, drafting in English, Amara Work and the CRM. 4. **Feedback.** You tell us what is missing for US practice in your state (sources, deadlines, forms and terminology), ideally in a short monthly call. 5. **Early access.** As parts of the US legal corpus become available, founding firms get them first and hear the launch date before anyone else. 05 ## What can a founding firm use today? Everything that already works in the US: the legal copilot inside each matter, document review, drafting of letters, pleadings, motions, briefs and client updates in English, matter management, the CRM, Amara Work, and teams and permissions. The US legal corpus is under construction and coming soon; the rest of the platform does not wait for it. Until the corpus is ready, the attorney checks every citation against the official source, as with any AI. Amara prepares and proposes; the attorney reviews, signs and decides. 06 ## What the US corpus will cover first The first phase covers federal law from official and public sources (the U.S. Code, GovInfo, the eCFR and Federal Register, Congress.gov and Supreme Court opinions) in areas such as civil and criminal procedure, immigration, employment, bankruptcy, consumer protection, intellectual property, arbitration and administrative law. Contracts, torts, family, probate, landlord-tenant and real estate are mainly state law and will be added for California, Texas and Florida first. Each court opinion will carry its court, its jurisdiction and whether it is binding or persuasive authority. Founding firms help decide what matters in practice in their state. Amara acts as processor and service provider under a data processing agreement. ISO/IEC 27001 certification is in progress. Public prices are on the [pricing page](https://amaralegal.ai/en-us/pricing/): Amara Solo, $49 the first month and then $69 a month + applicable taxes per attorney. **Is there a commitment to stay?** Amara has no lock-in: you can cancel at any time. **Do I have to attend the monthly call?** Only if you can. What we need most is that you use Amara on real work and tell us what is missing in your state. **When will the US corpus be available?** Coming soon.
